Sound sketching with the iMaschine app. Came up with this chorus and drums. Made on the fly with no true intention. Nice start for an R&B-influenced direction I’m thinking of pursuing more.

Experimenting with compositions to get myself back into the flow of music making.
After listening to the 8-bit DSOTM for a couple days I wondered how well it would sync up with the original version. Short answer: Not too well. The original has such an organic flow of time that the electronic version was paced to perfectly for them to line up. I cut it up to make it match on time and this was the result. Started with Time as it’s my favorite. If I get around to the others I’ll post those too.
